This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom, home with an office is located in Peoria, Arizona and will provide you and your guests with an endless amount of fun, right where you’re at. Take in some sunshine while grilling up some burgers, playing cornhole, practicing your aim with electronic darts, or perfecting your putting stroke on the freshly installed putting green, all located right in the backyard. When are down outdoors you can head indoors to watch movies or play video games on a beautifully clear 75” TV. You and your guests will never be far, as the spacious kitchen and living room open the space for conversation and provide spectacular views of our famous Arizona sunsets, wherever you’re at in the home. After a busy day, you can look forward refreshing in one of the clean bathrooms and resting in one of the fully furnished bedrooms.
Once the fun ends at home, proximity to the 101 freeway will give you and your guests unlimited access to great food and fun throughout your stay. If you’re all about sports, you can drive 15 minutes south to the Westgate Entertainment District where you’ll find State Farm Stadium, home to the awesome Arizona Cardinals. Westgate Entertainment District also offers Gila River Arena for concerts, and if you're feeling lucky, the Desert Diamond Casino! If you’re visiting during one of our beautiful springs, you can catch the Padres and the Mariners Spring Training baseball games at Peoria Sports Complex, located 5 minutes north of Dahlia Drive. When you’re hungry, P83 is right down the street, where you’ll find a large variety of unbeatable restaurants and bars. If you’re in the mood for shopping or maybe forgot your toothbrush, Park West Shopping Center and Arrowhead Towne Center have you covered, each just 10 minutes from Dahlia Drive.

Perfect family getaway

This property was so nice for me and my family to come together and have a relaxing weekend. It was very clean and had wonderful amenities for the whole family to enjoy! The putting green was a hit! Five star experience all around!

Great house in a great location!

My family and I loved our stay at Arnie's house. The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We loved the backyard and took advantage of the putting green and cornhole. The location is perfect - close to everything in Peoria and quick access to the 101 freeway to get anywhere we wanted. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Property

We had a great visit. The property is easily accessible to shopping, dining, etc. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had an assortment of coffee! We enjoyed the back patio area. The house is well lit from the windows and the bed in the main room was so comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 5! We will be vising this property again.

Enjoyable Stay!

My husband and I stayed here during a quick trip to visit family and had an awesome experience. The home was clean, welcoming, and offered plenty of amenities. We had a ton of fun in the backyard, but spent a lot of time on the golf "course"! This would be a great choice for families with kids. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated how clean the bathrooms were. The surrounding area is great as well - we tried two restaurants, Brushfire and Barrio Queen, and both were exceptional. Arnie was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and I would highly recommend this home if you're in Peoria, AZ!

Final 4 weekend

Great trip. Great host. Home was as clean as if I were home. The host (Arnie) had everything thought out with this home. There was nothing that we could have asked for. Down to the little details he had it covered. He doesn’t cut corners and you can tell staying here. Will definitely look this home up again next time I’m in phoenix.

Awesome experience

After I was kicked out of the place I was staying, this rental showed up on my radar. I am so happy I chose to stay in this house. It is in a very favorable location and quiet neighborhood. I used the putting green in the backyard to improve my golf game and lost a game of darts to one of the many guests I entertained during my stay. I slept like a baby in the very comfortable bed in the spacious master bedroom. Overall, a great place to stay - I hope it’s available on my next visit to Peoria.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of this home due to proximity to a lot of things to do. The house is close to the Loop 101 so I can be in Scottsdale in 30 minutes. The Peoria Sports complex and Peoria P83 with all of it's restaurants are right down the street. State Farm Stadium, West Gate, and Desert Diamond Casio are 10 minutes away. Golf is everywhere around the house as well.

What makes this property unique

The backyard is a playground for both kids and adults, and the master bedroom has it's own office if you need to get away or do a little work.
