Upstairs you'll find a second open space living room. Easily make this into a 4th bedroom with the provided new queen-sized air mattress and ample extra lines in the house, or a great space for the kids to run about and get out some energy. All rooms equipped with black out curtains for those late morning sleep ins, new beds and bedding with extras in the linen closet, and TVs for a little personal downtime. Spacious living room with dedicated workspace overlooking the front yard. Fully renovated kitchen with SS appliances, waterfall quartz countertops, and fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Cozy breakfast nock attached to kitchen space with 4 person dining table. 3/4 fenced in back yard off the street for safe space for the kiddos run play free. Needed a place to stay while visiting my neice at Skagit college. Found a home with really good rates near by. House was well supplied with everything we needed and then some.

Great place!

I stayed at this property for almost two weeks while working in the area. The house was clean and had GREAT amenities - it was fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The kitchen is well appointed, and cookware is in great shape. Comfortable living room with a large TV. The parking is great and the location is convenient to grocery stores and major roads. The backyard is lovely - deer were common visitors. The host was responsive to all questions and responded quickly to all inquiries. I would highly recommend this property.

Very Comfortable!

The Cozy House was roomy and clean and very comfortable for us. It can easily accommodate 6 adults. Rooms are well arranged and there is lots of room for children to play.

Absolutely perfect

I’ve rented many homes through VRBO and other sites and Nicole’s home was by far the best. The kitchen had everything we could need, the location is perfect, the beds were comfortable and it truly felt like home. Nicole went above and beyond before and during our stay, she even called to check on us when we checked in late (after requesting early check in) during a bad winter storm. You will not regret booking this home!
