Access to the unit is generally convenient due to the availability of an elevator that swiftly transports you to the third floor. However, please bear in mind that, albeit rare, there might be instances when the elevator is out of service, necessitating the use of the stairs. It's worth noting that there is a slightly inclined path leading to the stairs and elevator at the entrance of the building.
As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

To fully savor all that both towns have to offer, having your own vehicle is recommended. However, if you don't have one, worry not, as both towns are easily reachable via affordable taxi services.

Inside the kitchen, you'll discover stainless steel appliances, including a two-door fridge, a dishwasher, a new stove, a large microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and everything else you need to create delicious meals during your stay.

The spacious master bedroom offers a king-size bed with plenty of storage space. It also features an en-suite bathroom, newly renovated with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub area.

The second bedroom exudes a wild Costa Rican jungle vibe, equipped with a beautiful bunk bed that accommodates two double mattresses on each level and an additional double mattress that can be pulled out to host two more guests. This room is ideal for large families with many children or family members traveling together. The second bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom for the convenience of the guests staying there.

In the corridor between the living room and the two bedrooms, you'll find a half bath, perfect for guests and visitors.

The unit includes a laundry area, allowing you to wash your belongings with ease within the comfort of the condo.
