Large Private Yard, 4br home, Walk to town center

Our new build, open concept 4 bedroom home is the perfect year-round getaway. Come in the summer & walk to downtown Meredith for great restaurants & shopping. Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Waukewan, Weirs Beach & public boat launches are just minutes away. Bring your boat & park it in our driveway. Catch a concert at Bank NH Pavilion (20 min away). In the winter, ice fish on the lake, ski at Gunstock (20 min), Loon (40 min), Ragged (40 min) or Waterville Valley (45 min) & ride your snowmobile (trail at end of our road). Don’t forget leaf peeping in the fall!

Enter the house through the large mudroom with your own code using the keyless smart lock. You’ll find an open concept kitchen-living room with 4 bar stools at the large kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs including a Keurig machine and complimentary coffee. After a long day on the slopes, warm up by the fireplace. The dining room is perfect for family dinner or game night (we have lots of games)! Don’t want to overpack? No problem - we have a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. Guests have access to a large backyard with a fire pit, grill, outdoor couch & gazebo. There are two driveways which can accommodate 5 cars or 3-4 cars and a boat in the summer. In the winter, only one driveway is available for 3 cars. The outdoor shower is the perfect way to rinse off in the summer.

The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms (1 with a standup shower and the other with a tub).
Bedroom #1: First floor bedroom with queen bed and smart tv.
Bedroom #2: Second floor bedroom with queen bed and standup desk with desk chair.
Bedroom #3: Second floor bedroom with bunk bed (top mattress is twin, bottom mattress is full) and smart tv.
Bedroom #4: Second floor bedroom with 2 bunk beds (bunk bed #1: top mattress is twin, bottom mattress is full, bunk bed #2: top mattress is twin, bottom mattress is futon), daybed with trundle, and smart tv.

Security cameras are only outside (one at each door), none inside of the home.

We are a smoke free property (inside or outside).

What a lovely property! The all new interior had plenty of room for the 5 adults who stayed and the outdoor area is fantastic! The hosts are gracious, accommodating, and reply promptly.

We used to own a house on the water so should have been more careful to select something within walking distance minimum Very well done house though

We’re sorry you thought it was the “wrong spot”. Despite not being waterfront, we like to think our house is conveniently located since we are a 15 minute walk to downtown and the lake.

From arrival to departure we loved this place. We showed up confident that our needs would be met and were delighted when they were exceeded. The house was clean, organized, amenities perfectly supplied. The neighborhood was friendly! We appreciated the aesthetics and furnishings. Our master was comfortable and roomy. No complaints from our family and friends who stayed with us and all had a place to sleep. Top notch!
