The 1st floor consists of an entryway, a bedroom/den with a comfortable sofa bed and flatscreen TV, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a double car garage. If there are any guests with mobility issues, they can access entry through the garage to the main level of the home.

The 2nd floor is perfect for lounging and spending time together with a comfortable living room, cozy fireplace, smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, and a beautiful wooden dining table that can expand to fit 8 comfortably. Guests can also enjoy a quaint reading nook as well as 2 private balconies with seating. Grab your binoculars and see if you can spot any of the town’s resident gray whales!

The 3rd floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, large smart TV, and a lifted platform area with seating – perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee with ocean views.
