The Desert Blooms welcomes you to our little gem in the desert. This fully remodeled charming modern farmhouse located in the prestigious Catalina Foothills has everything you need for a relaxing getaway or a much-needed escape. Our pristine 5-bedroom, 3-bath home has always been filled with love and laughter, and its a place that will sincerely welcome anyone who is seeking their home away from home. Chef's kitchen, Jacuzzi and sparkling HEATED pool, and close proximity to everything in Tucson.

THE SPACE
FORMAL LIVING ROOM
The modern formal living room is incredibly spacious with plenty of natural light. Its decorative wainscot panels give the room its sophisticated aura, which is equally perfect for a morning cappuccino, afternoon tea, or your favorite drink after dinner. It’s the perfect spot in the house for those quaint conversations and perhaps bring along your favorite novel to enjoy in this setting.

FAMILY ROOM
We call this the “Great Room” because it is simply that! Cozy up with the supersized Crate & Barrel sectional sofa under the soaring vaulted ceilings and next to the grand fireplace, while enjoying your favorite flicks. The Smart TV keeps you streaming with your favorite Roku channels (ie Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, etc.). Pull those classic linen curtains aside and let in the bright natural lighting makes it the perfect setting for family hangouts or just focus on your “me time” with a good book or tune.

LOFT
This upstairs area with its adorable modern sectional and LED electric fireplace set the mood for a more intimate movie watching experience in the evening, whilst, serving as a great area for gaming, homework, and hangouts when the sun is still up. For your enjoyment, we’ve supplied a few board games and a delightful bench for you and your loved ones to enjoy together.

KITCHEN & FORMAL DINING
Imagine your inner chef greeted by this magnificent gourmet kitchen. It is decked out with a high-end luxury oven range and hood, an overstated island with seating at the far end and, of course, the brilliant and beautiful center to any adorable kitchen is the farmhouse sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic dining essentials for your convenience. Please feel free to enjoy the endearing dining nook that looks out into our luscious backyard.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM
Treat yourself to a long bubble bath in the luxurious master en-suite bathroom if you must! There’s also a custom high-end frameless glass shower and double vanity complete with brass hardware to keep you feeling your best. We’ve also left plenty of room inside the walk-in closet for your luggage and personal items. Passing through the custom wooden barn doors, you will enter a vaulted ceiling bedroom with a king size bed, a vanity desk, an electric cast iron fireplace, and a Smart TV. Pull those soft velvet curtains aside and epic views of Mount Lemmon can be seen while you lay comfortably on your bed or relaxing by the window alcove/nook. The huge master bedroom is also tucked away from the other sections of the house through a double door, which gives you extra privacy and retreat if needed.

GUEST BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
We had put a lot of love and thought into the 3 remaining bedrooms, each having their own unique style and flavors. The downstairs guest suite consists of an adorable day bed that can be pulled out to become a king size extension, its own adjacent modern full bathroom, and dual bedroom doors that open into a small private nook. The second bedroom is located upstairs and consists of a queen bed and a walk-in-closet, while the third bedroom is just down the hall and has a king bed with a large standing closet. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs with a custom frameless glass shower, dual vanities, and brass fixtures. Bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with all of the necessary essentials (ie extra towels/sheets/pillows/blankets, hangers, hampers, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, etc)

OFFICE & 5th Bedroom
Maybe you need a private space to make that work phone call or a dedicated office space to complete your work away from the office, we got you covered! We turned our fifth bedroom into an office that’s equipped with a large desk, a cabinet to store your work materials, and a comfortable leather sofa to help you remain focused and brainstorm comfortably. Now for the cherry on top, the room also has great natural light and has a gorgeous view of the city lights during the evenings. This room is also equipped with a day bed that can be converted into a king size bed to comfortably sleep 2 more guests.

LAUNDRY & PANTRY
If your stay requires a washer & dryer, we also have you covered and more! The spacious laundry room is dressed with top-of-the-line LG washer and dryer, iron and board, steamer, and it just looks so cute with the modern farmhouse décor. There’s also plenty of places to hang your coats, hats, bags and serves well as a pseudo-mud room. Opposite to the laundry room is our pantry, which we hope will serve you well as extra storage during your stay.

GARAGE & PARKING
We love cars! Whether you’re coming in a rental or your own personal ride, we know how exhausted you are from your long trip and the last thing you want to do is immediately unpack…or even worse, have to go find parking. Yikes! We have a huge driveway and a 3-car-garage for you to store your vehicle(s). Large driveway can accommodate RV/trailer parking. So just pull into the garage, make yourself at home first and you will have plenty of time to unpack later.

SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB/JACUZZI
One of the best things about Tucson is that you can literally be in the pool year-round! So hopefully you brought your swimming attire and get ready for a splendid time in the gated swimming pool. We also have a heated hot tub/jacuzzi that is amazing in any season! Next to the swimming pool is the backyard with a patio seating area, outdoor bistro set, spacious grass area, and the side yard with a picnic table and a swing chair. The backyard and pool areas are diligently cared for on a weekly basis by our landscaping and pool professionals to keep things pristine and in excellent working order.

Pool Heating:
The spa/jacuzzi is heated to 100 degrees included in nightly rate. The pool can be heated in the late fall-early spring to 84 degrees at an extra prepayment of $60/night or $350/week to cover natural gas. Please inquire if you are interested in the pool heat for more details.

Guest access
All guests will have access to the entire home EXCEPT: the locked closet under the staircase, locked cabinet under the sink, and the locked TV stand in the family room, which are all used for storage of supplies for the home.

A high chair, Pack ’n play and staircase safety gate is offered upon request.
