I am from Guatemala, I love training outdoors and in the gym, I spend a lot of time on the beach (El Paredon Buena Vista) because it is a fascinating place full of good energy, my wife and I built a place that we would like to live in, and we think it's nice to meet people and offer them a place that meets their expectations
Why they chose this property
We are located in a strategic place because the street is very quiet surrounded by other houses, we are in the heart of the hotel zone of the place which means that you will reach hotels, activities and restaurants by walking one minute, we are also located two hundred meters on the beach that surfing is practiced
What makes this property unique
They are totally private houses with all the characteristics to be comfortable, cataloged as villas for approximately 6 people, with a good price adjusted to small groups or families., Additionally we are pet friendly
