The space
MAIN LIVING AREA
Put your feet up and unwind in the open and super comfortable living room. Relax on the sofa, watching your favorite Netflix series, dive into a good book/local guide or engage in a board games. Find your own quiet space (and place).

KITCHEN & DINING
Make up your own tasty treats in the full kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, blender and toaster. Cookware, plates, cups, glasses, Pots, pans and cooking utensils/silverware are provided. A table in the dining area seats four. Outdoor seating is available to take in the ambiance of St. James Place and enjoy a great cup of joe or your favorite cocktail. BBQ grill and gas tank is provided however propane gas is not, gas refill is one block away at Publix for a cost of $20

BEDROOM & BATH
The Villa sleeps four with one open and airy bedroom with a Queen-size bed (You may just have the BEST SLEEP of Your Life Here) and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room (extra pillows and linens provided). The main full bathroom is equipped with a deep-soaking tub and a rain shower combination. A half bath on the main floor is great for guests. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Take in the fresh air, nature and seclusion with plenty of well-appointed green spaces around your personal retreat. The giant patio area includes access to the large pool AND...you are treated to outdoor lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing . You also have access to our outdoor pool table.Exploring around the grounds you’ll find a well-maintained property.

PARKING
Parking spaces are on property located behind the building. One car is permitted per reservation unless other arrangements are made with the host.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Additional Guest amenities include Use of the Luxurious Pool, USB Charging Outlets throughout The Villa, battery operated candles, ironing board & iron and of course, Yoga Mats.

Every item, every piece of furniture, artwork, (some are one of a kind) and unique features have been meticulously designed, selected and sourced from Italy, Switzerland, Restoration Hardware and other design powerhouses to create a memorable, luxury experience.

No Parties Permitted.
Pets Permitted - Must Pay Additional $150.00 Pet Cleaning Fee
Smoking is ONLY permitted outside. If evidence/smell of tobacco or other substances found within the villa, guest will be charged $300.00 for mitigation service.
The Villa is available for up to 4 guests. Unauthorized guests will subject "confirmed" guest to an extra $450.00 cleaning fee and reservation will be canceled immediately.
Guest are required to clean all their dirty dishes or load and start the dishwasher upon check out.
