This magnificent three-bedroom, two-bath, pool home on the canal has amazing water views from almost every window. The rear of the home gets all-day sun exposure to the caged pool and has plenty of room for entertaining, including a 45" streaming TV on the upper pool deck. This quiet vacation rental is approximately 15-25 minutes to local beaches on Boca Grande or Manasota Key.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed and streaming TV. One of the guest bedrooms has a Queen bed and the other guest bedroom has Bunk beds. Several renovations have taken place in the home, including the kitchen with new high-end appliances, solid maple cabinets, and granite countertops completed in 2015. The master bathroom was also fully remodeled in 2017. The living room has a YouTube TV and digital antenna for local channels and streaming.

Please be aware the boat lift is not available for guest use.

Boaters can tie off at the dock, near intersecting shorelines. The maximum suggested boat size is 25 ft or less. There are bridges with estimated clearance varying between 8 - 9.6 ft and 1 waterway lock to Myakka River. This property is in a deed-restricted area and will not allow boat trailers with more than four wheels to be parked at the home.

The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation) are just 10 minutes away. Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway for the day or even a few hours. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials right from the beach. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
