With a private heated pool with electric heat pump, stylish interiors, and thoughtful amenities throughout, this beautifully maintained retreat comfortably hosts up to six guests.



Step into a bright and open great room with soaring cathedral ceilings, cozy seating, and a flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights or afternoon naps. Large sliding doors offer views of the crystal-clear pool and let the sunshine pour in, setting the tone for your stay in paradise.


The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes a breeze, featuring a Keurig single-serve coffee maker, a 12-cup carafe brewer, microwave, dishwasher, large pantry, and breakfast bar—perfect for morning coffee or a casual snack. The adjacent dining area seats six and opens seamlessly to the lanai, blending indoor comfort with outdoor living in true Florida style.



Designed for both comfort and privacy, the home’s split floorplan is perfect for families. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, satellite TV, and French doors leading out to the lanai. Its en-suite bathroom includes his and her vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV and lanai access, while the third bedroom includes a full-size bed. A second full bathroom features a single vanity, shower/tub combo. Hair dryers, linens, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your convenience.



Stay connected and entertained with satellite TV in the living room, primary, and queen bedrooms, high-speed internet, and telephone access. The home also includes a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. Self-check-in with a keypad means you can start your vacation the moment you arrive. For added enjoyment, a beautifully converted garage space offers a relaxed entertainment lounge complete with a billiards table and high-top café seating. Guests will also appreciate thoughtful extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and two bicycles - all included to help you make the most of your coastal adventure. Please note the garage is not available for vehicle parking. However, there is ample parking available in the driveway for guests.
