This unit combines the Cherry Nirvana Suite and the Utopian Groove Studio Suite into a whole house rental, with internal access between the two.
- NO CLEANING FEES**
- Well behaved / quiet pets are permitted with prior approval and refundable deposit (and are only permitted in the downstairs apartment)

The Bottom unit, known as The Utopian Groove Studio is a space that is sometime used as a paint party venue, so it includes moveable furniture as well as plenty of seating for a dinner party. The upstairs suite, known as the Cherry Nirvana Suite has an abundance of sleeping options as well as a toy nook for small children.

Championship stay

Great house, very clean and spacious with plenty of room for over half of the team. The 2 kitchen property made mealtime simple. Walking distance to the downtown holiday celebrations, and only minutes away from any shopping. The host was friendly and helpful
