This magnificent ski-in/out condo, located in the heart of picturesque Arrowhead, a popular mountain resort town of Beaver Creek Mountain, features beautifully designed interiors and a host of community amenities.

Ideally located just steps from the ski lift, enjoy a day on the wintery slopes creating unforgettable memories with friends and family. You'll discover additional skiing and snowboarding for every skill level just a short bus ride or drive away in Avon (three miles), Beaver Creek (five miles), and Vail (14 miles). You can ski from Arrowhead Village to Bachelor Gulch to Beaver Creek. Hiking, river adventures, golf, and world-class mountain biking can also be found all over the county. A free shuttle is available in the winter from Arrowhead to Beaver Creek Village.

Closer to home you’ll delight in ample complex amenities at Spruce Tree Lodge and Arrowhead Golf Club such as a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Lounge poolside all afternoon with a favorite book, challenge a friend to a match, or indulge in an invigorating soak to soothe those aching muscles after a fun day. Additional amenities include underground, heated parking and ski lockers on the first floor.

Step into this alpine paradise and be welcomed by an open-concept living area bursting with elegant rustic decor and incredible nature views. Sip your morning coffee on the patio or snuggle up on the sofa to stream your favorite shows. Don’t forget about the gas fireplace for added ambiance! A well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances and gleaming countertops for effortless food preparation. Gather at the adjacent dining table to share tasty home-cooked meals and lots of laughter before breaking out the board games. Following a full day of mountain adventure, the bedrooms are inviting with high-quality and Tempur-Pedic mattresses, comfy linens, and even more treetop views. Ski shuttle details: Arrowhead free shuttle - There’s a complimentary village to village shuttle (winter only), from Arrowhead to Beaver Creek village.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
