Pool Heating Details
Our saltwater pool is available year-round and can be heated upon request during the cooler months.

Heating Available: October through April
- Fee: $30 per night
- Advance Notice Required: Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you'd like the pool heated so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Private Pool & Outdoor Area Access
As a guest of the full unit you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire outdoor space during your stay. This includes the private heated pool, outdoor bar, lounge seating, and all amenities.

Before using the pool, all guests must review and acknowledge the Pool Rules and Liability Waiver. This is a key step to help ensure everyone’s safety.

POOL RULES – For Everyone’s Safety!
1. Use the pool at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty)
2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
3. Keep the pool gate closed and latched
4. No diving
5. No jumping from balconies or furniture
6. No running or rough play
7. No glass in or around the pool
8. No pets in the pool
9. Do not tamper with pool equipment
10. Pool access is for registered guests only
11. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Liability Waiver/Important Reminders:
1. Guests swim at their own risk
2. Hosts are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages in or around the pool
3. Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues immediately
4. Violating these rules may result in fines or early termination of your stay
