Excellent 5 Bedroom home Located 4 minutes from downtown Bethany Beach! Private Pool and Elevator for guest use!

Enjoy a private pool in this one of a kind 5 bedroom/4 bath Beach home, located off of Rt 1 highway in the Sanctuary community. The property is minutes away from downtown Bethany Beach where you can find excellent dining options, mini-golf, shopping and more. There are also outdoor spaces to relax including the 2 decks, a patio and the wonderful private pool for guests to use. Additionally, this home has an elevator that guests can use. The home is located 1.5 miles from 5th St in downtown Bethany Beach.

The 1st floor of this home has a comfortable den with a sofa, TV, direct access to the backyard private pool, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a kitchenette with another refrigerator on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is where the main entrance comes in, and is where most of the bedrooms are. The 1st bedroom has 2 twin beds, the 2nd has a queen bed and both share a jack & jill bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, and both of these bedrooms also share a jack & jill bathroom. All bedrooms come with a TV for additional entertainment.

The 3rd floor has the main living space, with 2 dining areas, kitchen island seating, and a comfortable living room wth a large screen TV for movie night. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. The 5th bedroom suite with a king bed is also located on the 3rd floor, and has the full bathroom with shower.

Great house but!

The house needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Walls, baseboards, trims floors, windows, stove all these things need to be attended to.. this was our second visit, and some of the same issues from our last visit were still visible this time as well.

Wonderful beach home

This property met all our needs. More than adequate for our party of 12. There were other coffee makers but we chose to bring a Keurig. Does need a better can opener. Great to have 2 refrigerators. Convenient to Bethany and Rehobeth. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Since the temps were high 80’s to 90’s, appreciated the partial shade at the pool. Being along Rt 1 was noisy outside at times but not a deal breaker. Running the ceiling fan was necessary to keep the temp manageable on the 3rd floor only when the outside temp went above 90. Elevator was a plus. Everyone agreed that we would love to stay there again.

Great Stay, we’ll be back!

The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved having a pool, that was a huge perk. We were only about 2 miles from the State Park beach and highly recommend that beach over the public access beach. We loved all the restaurants, and downtown Bethany was a short drive, perfect for ice cream trips! I had zero issues when I needed to get in contact with Alex for a few things, I was responded to very quickly. We can’t wait to come back!
