Beachybottoms is the only unit in the complex that has {2} parking spaces and a garage space for bikes, which allows parking for up to 3 cars. There is overflow parking but it is first come, first served. In the garage you will find an extra refrigerator and everything you could possibly need to head to the beach! Once inside on the first floor, you will find a mother-in-law suite featuring a queen sized bed, private ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and full sized washer and dryer. In the hall of the main floor is the full bathroom and the 2nd floor custom King bed with 2 twins above! This is awesome as adults or kids can use use this space so it really makes super functional!!

Heading up the next set of stairs you will find two spacious and light filled bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both of these bedrooms are large enough to hold a pack n' play for any little ones needing a place to sleep. From the 3rd floor you can access the spiral staircase up to the massive roof deck, where you can relax with a cold drink and take in some sunbathing or just enjoy the nice breeze and gulf views.
