Welcome to “Stay Cool on 30A,” a comfy yet chic coastal townhome perfectly positioned along Scenic Highway 30A. With ocean views, effortless beach access, and walkable dining and shopping, this home offers the ideal blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm.
This spacious townhome spans three interior levels plus a private rooftop terrace and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Each bedroom features its own wall-mounted TV and DVD player, allowing everyone to unwind in their own space.
The first floor includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, styled with a modern palm motif, along with a private bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level, along with access to the one-car garage for storing beach gear. Guests may park one additional vehicle in the driveway or on the neighborhood street with a parking permit. At least four beach chairs are provided for guest use.
The second floor is the main living level, featuring a bright and inviting living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, books, and games. Just down the hall is a guest queen bedroom and a full hall bathroom with a tiled shower. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for meals at home, including a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, flat-top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Instant Pot, and Crock Pot. Guests can gather at the island with seating for four or the dining table that seats six.
The third floor features two private master suites, each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. One suite offers peek-a-boo Gulf views with calming coastal décor, while the other includes double vanities and a walk-in closet accented with stylish navy tones.
A spiral staircase leads to the fourth-floor rooftop terrace, one of the home's standout features. This private outdoor space offers ocean views and is perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or card games under the stars.
Outside, guests can enjoy the back deck with a gas grill and small dining set, along with a grassy area just beyond—great for kids to play safely. The Summer Place community pool is located just steps from the front door and is gated and seasonally heated.
