Relax with the whole family at this peaceful seaside sanctuary directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Indian Shores offers 2.5 miles of pristine beaches that are home to endangered loggerhead turtles and gliding black skimmers. Indian Shores Coffee Shop, Salt Rock Grill, and Town Square Nature Park are all within walking distance. Looking for a day of boating? Pinellas County Boat Ramp is right across the street.
But the best part is the private beach access and amazing sunsets with family.

This condo has two bedroom with two baths. King size bed in master with ocean views. Two private balcony one off the master bedroom and one from the roof top. Large open kitchen and family room with a fire place great for the entire family. Direct access to the beach through the breeze way, with outdoor picnic table.

The Gulf beaches have the Jolly Trolley to get you up and down the coast. There are stops about every half mile or so, and it runs all day and into the evening.
If you are traveling without a vehicle, Happy's Golf Carts does delivery and pick-up of their street legal, 100% insured 4 and 6 passenger carts.

Access to three paddle board/paddle bike's.
Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 12:00 pm

Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.

NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

Pet Policy's If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to pay the pet fee. All your Pet's doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.
