About this property

Our lake house retreat is a peaceful home, fully renovated and well-suited for families. The layout includes a primary king bedroom with a full attached bath and a queen bedroom, with a large closet. The additional bedroom includes a set of 4 XL twin bunk beds and a walk-in closet. Secondary bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower.
The spacious living room area has a large sectional sofa with additional ottoman seating.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well equipped with all-new cookware, silverware, and plate setting for 8 guests. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, gas range, washer, and dryer. Screened outside patio with perfect seating for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Outdoor features include a gas grill and dining table with gorgeous lake views. WiFi and access to streaming services are provided. Boat dock access is steps from the back deck and year-round water access. Small beach area with steps, depending on lake water levels.
The home is located 5 minutes from numerous grocery stores, restaurants and shopping in the Gainesville area.
