The apartment was thoroughly cleaned by our professional housekeeper prior to your arrival, and I personally inspected the unit before check-in. At that time, none of the issues you mentioned were present. Your request for a partial refund, received shortly after your stay, raises concerns about the validity of your feedback. While I always strive to take guest comments seriously, I also have a responsibility to protect the integrity of our business and the efforts of our hardworking team. I understand that not every stay is perfect, and guests have different expectations. However, we are confident in the condition and cleanliness of the unit during your stay, and we stand by the work of our team.
