Renovated RV on the Farm

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars.

Our 22 acre farm is only a few miles off of I-40 with beautiful sunsets! Setup a hammock, walk the property, find a trail, enjoy the goats!

This RV comfortably sleeps 7, has a large walk in shower, 4 TVs, completely separate bunk room + the kitchen is stocked with all the tools you could need to make a meal!

We host a variety of guests, and have a common space for everyone to gather. We have an array of activities available for our guests, including a junior size pickleball court, ping pong, cornhole, and crossnet! We also take reservations for our holistic wellness studio, including the infrared sauna, salt therapy, ionic foot detox, reiki, Naturopathic Doctor sessions, and German New Medicine sessions. Be mindful that this is an RV, and while it has air conditioning, RV air conditioners are only intended to bring their inside temperature down 10-20 degrees less than the outside temperature, including humidity and heat index. Check the weather forecast to be sure this is something you can accept before booking.

Heater is propane, and requires a propane tank deposit prior to arrival. Please message to coordinate this. However, the electric fireplace heats the unit up through most of winter with no issues.

Pets not allowed.

This is a farm and you will see and hear our animals, including the roosters, and our livestock guardian dogs protecting everyone!

We do not accept third party reservations. Renter must be present.

We require renters to add the damage protection insurance at booking.
