Provided Items & Supplies:
Our cabin features a supply of coffee pods, sugar, creamer, as well as a supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash liners. We also provide a variety of spices in our kitchen. We do not supply wood for the fire pit. Wood can be picked up in town as needed. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests.
Parking:
The cabin has room for 3 cars depending on automobile size. No RV parking allowed.
Power Outages:
Occasionally, the power goes out in Ashford during a heavy rain or winter storm. We have a propane fireplace for heat source, and there is a flash light in each bedroom. We also have a power station, to which you can hook up your phone, computer, DVD or TV. Rechargeable light bulbs, available through out the cabin, provide a light source for when the power is out. Cozy up with a book, play a board game (located in TV stand in living room), listen to the radio, or gather around the firepit!
We do not offer refunds for power outages that are out of our control.

In the winter, you will encounter snow so please be prepared with AWD and/or tire chains. The roads to the cabin are cleared by the county, so tire chains are not needed to reach the cabin. Tire chains are required however, on your car from November 1st -May 1st if you plan on going up to Mt. Rainier NP. The driveway is flat, though can be icy. We try and keep it plowed as often as we can, but there may be times when you'll need to drive in snow and ice (weather dependent).
We do not offer any refunds for weather conditions that are out of our control. Please consider purchasing travel insurance, to cover for any unexpected events during your trip.
Please remember that the cabin is not childproof.

About the host
Hosted by Hana

We are a family of four, who live in the PNW. We are so fortunate to have a cabin close to all this natural beauty, and are excited to share our home with fellow nature lovers.
Why they chose this property
We love how close we are to Mount Rainier National Park, and that there is a community lake in the neighborhood, to enjoy in the summer!
What makes this property unique
We have a covered firepit that we can enjoy no matter the weather. We also have a bedroom on the ground floor, so our children's grandparents can come visit or stay at the cabin as well.
