Apartment completely renovated and very well decorated. The minimal details have been taken care of since the renovation itself, in the choice of materials and in the furnishings of the apartment. It has 3 bedrooms, (NET TV channels and air-conditioning slipt in all) among them 1 suite, 3 bathrooms with shower. All the sinks of the bathrooms made in Corian (see photos bathrooms).
We can see the sea side view and view of the Sugar Loaf from all rooms and also from the living room. Accommodates up to 8 people. Kitchen and bathrooms completely renovated and planned by the reputed company Florense, room and closet of the room Lacca.

Family trip

Four adults on a relaxing family trip to Rio. The place is a very nice home away from home. Everybody had their own room and bathrooms, and the living room and kitchen was our social space. A few things we would have liked to have for example, a hair dryer. Also some shampoo and body wash for a shower after arrival. We appreciated the washer machine, which was also a dryer, as well as the nexpresso coffee machine. The host provided with a few drinks in the fridge, and a couple of cups of coffee. The apartment was very clean. Cida met us to give us the keys and explain how things work. Sheets and towels very clean and pressed. Internet worked great, and TVs in each room and living room with plenty of entertainment. One thing I must say is that the description indicates the apartment is remodeled, and even though it is true and modern, the remodeling was probably done some years ago, and now it would benefit from some care to keep it nice, like the wooden floors and bathroom cabinets, in which humidity is showing getting them in bad condition.The building has a concierge 24/7, so, even though it is located at the end of Copacabana and at the entrance sometimes you would find some homeless people, it felt relatively safe. The surrounding areas are full of restaurants, stores, pharmacies, groceries. Location was very convenient to get to Ipanema, Leblond and Copacabana. Very easy for Uber drivers to do pick up and drop offs. Overall, we really enjoyed the place.

Foi muito bom!

Viajei com alguns amigos para o Rock in Rio e foi uma experiência incrível. A estadia foi super agradável, o apartamento foi limpo e organizado rapidamente para nossa chegada, apesar da bagunça deixada pelos hóspedes anteriores. A comunicação com a proprietária, que é uma fofa e super prestativa, foi fácil e rápida. O apartamento em si é muito completo e bem localizado, os rapazes da portaria são, também, prestativos e atenciosos. Adoramos a experiência e pretendemos voltar! :)

Primeiro devo falar da proprietária e também da Dona Cida , que são maravilhosas. O imóvel tem uma localização ótima, é exatamente beira mar. A vista do apartamento é lateral. O wifi apenas que estava com problema, mas elas estão resolvendo. A experiência foi muito positiva. Sem dúvidas eu me hospedaria novamente.

Localização e apartamento de primeira!

Além do apartamento ser super bem localizado, em frente à Av. Atlântica, as acomodações são impecáveis, bonitas e aconchegantes. Ainda, os anfitriões são bem acessíveis e de ótimo trato. Super recomendado!!!

nos quedamos encantados con este departamento. ubicación perfecta, una vista increíble, grande, cómodo, reciclado a nuevo y decorado con delicado gusto. ultra completo con elementos de cocina, lavarropas, etc. pero sobre todo la mayor satisfacción fue la cordialidad y honestidad de Thiemy (propietaria) y de Cita (secretaria), albas señoras han sido muy amables y generosas. la verdad estoy recomendándolo a todos mis amigos. GRACIAS CHICAS!!!!!!!!!

Estadia no Paraiso

Tivemos o privilégio de ficarmos 5 dias nesse cantinho do paraíso. Apartamento único, com todas as coisas do bom e do melhor, nunca vimos igual. Com certeza será um local que voltaremos, pois tanto o Apto quanto a cortesia da Thiemy e da Cida foram únicos. Pessoas encantadoras e maravilhosas!!

Tivemos uma surpresa maravilhosa ao locar esse imóvel. O apartamento é maravilhoso, muito bem decorado e equipado, tem de tudo, impossível passar aperto! Encontramos o ambiente muito limpo e organizado, roupas de cama, de banho tudo impecável, quem for não precisa se preocupar com nada. Localização privilegiada: usamos a padaria, supermercado, restaurantes ... e o melhor, aquela vista incrível.Agradecimento especial a proprietária Thiemy, muito gentil e simpática nos auxiliou em todo processo, sempre atenta as necessidades de seus locatários. Tive as melhores impressões, voltarei com certeza já virei cliente!

Viagem inesquecível!

Eu e minha família tivemos uma ótima estadia no RJ devido principalmente à comodidade desse AP e toda delicadeza e simpatia de seus locadores.Quando chegamos nos encantamos pelo imóvel , todo reformado e com tudo em pleno funcionamento. Todos os quartos possuem vista lateral para o mar de copacabana que em conjunto com as cortinas blackout os torna totalmente aconchegante. Destaca-se também a limpeza do local e todos os utensilios disponibilizados que torna a hospedagem ainda mais completa. Além de todas os confortos do imóvel , cabe destacar o comércio em torno do local, com um ótimo restaurante em frente ao predio , alem de farmacias e supermercados. Para finalizar , recomendo fortemente o imóvel ,assim como seus locadores e também afirmo que voltaremos brevemente! Obrigado
