I am originally from the South Padre Island area and grew up enjoying the warm waters and beautiful views of the island! My husband Greg and I enjoy hosting and sharing this beautiful and relaxing location with our guests. As busy entrepreneurs, we realize that part of working hard is taking that much needed break with your family and friends - Enjoy the Pearl House!
Why they chose this property
This is a perfect neighborhood for relaxation. It has everything that families need for spending time with the family, shopping, entertainment, and many restaurants to choose from along the beach. The Pearl House is a short walk from the Meatball Cafe, a quaint Italian restaurant just down the street.
What makes this property unique
This is a perfect location that is just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and it is a short walk to South Padre Island's entertainment district. It has a lovely park by the bay across the street, and many restaurants and bars in proximity to the home.
We added 2 balconies at the front of the home so you can enjoy the views of the island on the bay side, the ocean side, and you can even see Space X rocket launches when those are happening!
