Amazing location, beautiful basic apartment.
This 4th floor apartment is located very centrally, easy walk to Abovyan Street, Northern Avenue and stroll down to Republic Square. Beautiful and very clean with plenty of light. Little balcony overlooking Teryan Street. Supermarkets nearby. In terms of location - couldn't be better! Bedrooms were also decent sized - one bedroom with a double bed and desk and the other with a double bed + single bed + desk with a large window with a view of the church.
Be aware though, despite being listed as a 2 bathroom apartment, it is most definitely only 1 bathroom (shower, toilet in one). Also, despite being able to sleep six people (including the sofa), the kitchen is VERY VERY minimally equipped with only 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 plates, 4 bowls, one tiny frying pan and one tiny pot etc.... Not a problem if you're planning to mostly eat out, of course, but with a family and at least breakfasts at home, it's not ideal.
The host was very easy to communicate with, responded quickly, was polite and always considerate. We would absolutely stay here again.
