About this property

Absolutely stunning best describes home on the Nubble in York Beach. The first floor features a bedroom and the entry way. The second floor is where you find the open concept kitchen, living room, dining room. Beautiful hardwood floors, upscale kitchen, ocean views and balcony...what could be better? It's the perfect spot to enjoy your family and friends while relaxing during your seaside vacation! This floor also has a beautiful en-suite with private tiled bath as well as a half bath with laundry. On the third floor, there is the master suite, again with private tiled bath and 2 balconies, bedroom number 3 with two queen beds, and the bunk room that sleeps four and a full bath with tub. The whole house is comfortable with central AC, has WiFi and 3 flat-screen TVs. The kitchen/dining area seats 14.

Summer trip

We had a great week here! It fit our family of 16 very well. We wish some of the bedrooms were more private but we also feel that this was described in the listing and we were not surprised by this. Great location and easy 15 minute walk to the beach (we brought a wagon and that made it very easy). Loved the deck and the 2 grills were awesome for nights we cooked in.

Family Beach vacation

A spacious house with a view of the ocean. We walked to Nubble Lighthouse daily, Fox’s Restaurant and Dunne’s ice cream. We needed the car to go to Short Sands and Long Sands. We.shopped on rainy days and had lunch at Goldenrod. It was great for all 15 of us to be together in one location!

85th birthday celebration

The property manager was wonderful. She was very prompt with all of our questions and concerns. It was very clean and the weather was great do we spent a lot of time on the deck and in the yard. Walking distance to town and the lighthouse.

Family Vacation

Had a great time. Three showers and two kitchens helped spread our large group out and not feel cramped. Short walk to Dunne’s ice cream was a common occurrence. Close short drive or walk to both Short Sands and Long Sands beaches. AC was nice. Fire pit outside was fun a couple of night. Beautiful deck was a big hit. No complaints. Great place.
