Cute and clean updated beach themed 1/2 duplex in family neighborhood minutes from Downtown Dunedin/Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beaches. 2 miles to Phillies Stadium and 3 miles to Dunedin Bluejays Stadium! Close to airports and 1 1/2 hours to Orlando and Disney themeparks... Ample space with 1104 sq ft, 2 queen beds/2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, Living/Dining combo and lots of parking!! Bedroom TV 17” monitor. Bed is very old and uncomfortable. Living room furniture is very bad and covered with blankets to hide its age and condition . Front closet door broken. Entry door screen door closed is broken. Dead bolt on main door has no striker plate and is not secure. Screw are coming out of ceiling vents Laundry room is very dirty. Bathroom tubs are in very poor condition and appear to be unclean. No shampoo or soap in showers as per advertised. Towels are very old, thin and in poor condition. No guide book or written information about the unit to help assist with your stay. Unit has the very minimum needed and offers no extra touch’s.
