Barely minimum

The space and cleanliness was satisfactory. I tried a few times to ask questions regarding a couple of our concerns; kitchen utensils, ice maker, seating. The owner never answered my messages. Upon arrival we realized our concerns were legit. There is no ice maker, not even cheap trays to make ice. The cooking utensils were ridiculous. No blender, not even a hand mixer. The old hand crank can opener was useless! And I still use one, if you are wondering. One dish towel to dry with and no dish rags. We love salads, and the only thing that would accommodate mixing a salad was the stew pot pan. There was no additional seating besides the one sofa. The mattress fell through the “metal slats” in my bedroom. We had to remove the mattress and remove half of the slats because they were not inserted correctly into the frame. At any rate, the beds were the worst! There were 4 towels and no bath mat, no front door rug. if it had not been raining when we moved our stuff in we probably would’ve not thought about it, but the tile floor was wet, with no mop up dry things up. We had no regular network stations on the tv. We lost use of the Netflix station more times than I can recall. Passwords were not available to remedy the tv situation. WiFi was suppose to be available too, but without passwords they didn’t work either. I was not happy overall.

Vacation Stay

It was perfect! New furniture. Everything was spotless. All pots and pans and utensils that you needed. Only downside was place was about 20 minutes to the beach. But we didn’t mind the drive.
