Welcome to a brand new SuperHost home in Covington, walkable to Devou Park (drive in 30 seconds) and just 5 minutes from downtown Cincinnati! This spacious, fully renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with one en suite, a king bed, and is central to everything Cincinnati, including the Bengals & Reds' Stadium, Heritage Bank Arena, Levee, Aquarium, Zoo & Casino. It is also 15m from Riverbend and 40m from the Ark and Kings Island. Sleeps 10 with two pull out sleepers and three bedrooms.

The space:
Three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and en suite bath, one with two twin beds, and two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattress covers. Newly refurbished kitchen and two bathrooms (both are upstairs). Large, open family room with 50” Smart TV, perfect for family gatherings. Large covered deck with string lights for evenings outdoors. Perfect for college visits, everything Cincinnati, King's Island, Bengals and Reds, Jack's casino, Newport aquarium and levee, heritage bank arena, the upcoming Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville resort, FC Cincinnati/TQL Stadium, and the ark!

Guest access:
You will be able to access the entire house except for the basement, which we use for owner supplies and materials. There is free on street parking and we have a keyless code entry. There is also an additional door from the kitchen that walks out to a cute, quaint covered porch that has trendy lighting and is perfect for late night or early morning breaks!

Other things to note:
Perfect central location for families visiting UC, Xavier, Thomas Moore, NKU, and other local colleges and trade schools. Also close to the ark, the Newport aquarium, and everything Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky.

House was clean, neighborhood was quiet. All of the bedrooms AND bathrooms are up a steep set of stairs - not ideal if you have any mobility issues. Location was convenient for exploring the area (went to a Reds game and visited the Cincinnati Zoo).

Clean and comfortable

This place was very clean with comfortable beds! Check in was easy and we didn't have any issues at all. One thing to note is that all the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. One good thing is that the stairs are not off the main living area (they are off the kitchen), so young kids weren't wanting to play on them when our family was hanging out.
