The space
The Emerald Place is perfect for Leisure Travel for flight attendants & Pilots or perfect for Remote Workers. There are smart tvs mounted with wifi for your high speed online needs as well as a "work from home" space. The one bedroom stylish apartment includes a comfy king size bed and smart tv mounted for entertainment. Fresh linen and towels are fully stocked away in the linen closet. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking utensils, and pots for your cooking needs.

A private patio area nicely set up to enjoy a nice breeze.
The on-site pool/gym is open 24 hours.

Other things to note
LATE CHECK OUT FEES are charged $25 per hour, when a guest stays past check out time. Checking out late will delay our cleaners from cleaning for next guest.

Trash Pickup Rules:
Bags must be tied and placed in the bin (2 bag maximum and bin must close)
Avoid putting liquids in bags
Bags can't be over 30 lbs.
Trash placed in bins on non pick-up days (Friday & Saturday) will be fined $25 per bag no matter the size
Loose trash should not be placed in the bin
Cleaning of trash bins are the responsibility of residents. Cleaning includes door wipe down, cleaning of valet trash bin (inside and out)
Recycling Rules:
Bag must be tied and placed in blue recycling bin (You can retrieve this from the office)
Avoid putting liquids in bags
Bag must neatly fit into bin
Loose trash should not be placed in the bin
Cleaning of trash bins are the responsibility of residents
No glass may be recycled

Drug-free Community
Park at the Marketplace is a drug-free community. Please do not use illegal substances or allow your guest to use illegal substance in the community. Noxious or offensive smells are not permitted.

Noise/Music
Please be courteous so as not disrupt the quiet enjoyment of any other Resident or their occupants by not playing music too loud, lowering bass on television sound bars/speakers, and monitoring heavy walking/stomping.
