About this property

Kennington's is an incredible home and guest house nestled in the historic Belhaven neighborhood of Jackson, Mississippi. With 7 Beds, 5 baths and 2 half baths you'll have plenty of room to spread out. Of these, there are 4 en-suite king bedrooms upstairs in the main home. A short walk thru the garden takes you to the carriage house where there are 2 additional queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom in the carriage house behind the gardens. The 3 bedrooms in the carriage house share a bathroom. Rental includes use of the pool and extensive grounds. We have gated parking for 7 vehicles. We pass 100% of the cleaning fee to our great local cleaners who will reduce the fee for smaller groups.

We have a professional series Viking range with 6 burners, a griddle and convection oven. There are 2 icemakers on the premises as well as a 30 cubic foot sub zero fridge and freezer.

We're one block from Belhaven Town Center where you can find some of the finest restaurants in Mississippi, an ice cream shop, donut shop brewery, bar and community venue The Terrace.

Hidden Gem

This property is truly a hidden gem. It was perfect for our family. We were in MS for a funeral. So for a sad occasion this property brought joy. The basketball court, in ground trampoline, pool and the flow of the home was exactly what we needed to be able to connect and relax after all the stress of the service. The Kennington Mansion is truly a hidden diamond. The decor is so amazing! The quality of products used through out the home shows a higher caliber of care. We felt truly pampered while staying at Kennington Mansion! We will stay here again!
