We loved our stay at this beautiful place in Eagle Rock. We came from out of state to move our daughter in to her dorm and our host was very helpful and cooperative in helping us arrange some shipped packages, the property was very clean and well stocked, and located pretty close to the campus for our convenience. We highly recommend this property.

Nearly Perfect

This house was nearly perfect. It was in a great area, easy for us to walk around, close to the college, shops and restaurants. The house was a good size for the 4 of us, it was clean. We had a glitch getting into the house but the owner was very responsive. The nearly part, our bathroom had next to no hand soap, and the kitchen is barely stocked. We occasionally ran out of glasses, and had to buy a bowl for mixing ingredients, there is a beautiful wooden bowl for serving.

The home was very spacious and very simple. The location was good for us, though quite a few stairs and a hill to get into the property. We only had issues with the kitchen. This was very sparse for pots and pans which made cooking difficult. No extras, like sugar or food storage. You would need to bring things to cook & store food. The main concern we had was the gas oven gave off a very strong gas smell, so we stopped using it. I think the owner needs to spend some time in the place to see what is needed to stay there.

We enjoyed our 5-day stay at this home immensely! Communication with the host was easy, as were the check in and check out instructions. We enjoyed the open and airy living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The water pressure was great and the house is beautifully updated. The location was so close to our events in South Pasadena and Pasadena. Also we got to and from Dodgers Stadium in less than 15 minutes (traffic was going the other direction). Cindy's Diner and the Italian Bakery were a few minutes away and were delicious!!! The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The box fans were a nice bonus too. Overall this was a lovely property. Thank you for an excellent stay!!!

Great Home!

This was a great spot for our New Years to visit the Parade of Roses. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was great. The house was clean, well-cared for and everything was in working order.

Perfect LA Getaway

This property ended up being perfect for my family of 4. We were in town for a wedding and to visit with my brother who lives a short drive away in Altadena. The property was very clean and everything felt new and well taken care of. The home had every amenity that one could need and a fantastic kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Really the only cons with this home is that it is located on the side of a hill and not just a small hill. We we are talking a rather steep incline. Due to this, the home requires the use of stairs to get in and out, so do be aware, if you have any sort of handicap or simply don’t want to have to lug your suitcases and everything else that you have brought up and down stairs this might not be the ideal home to rent. The only other hiccup occurred on our first night in the house where the electronic lock system seemed to not be functioning properly. Luckily the property manager Felix could not have been more responsive and he was able to come out to fix the issue in person within about 20 minutes. Overall, this home ended up being the perfect place for my family and I to stay and it will likely be at the top of our list the next time we take a trip out to L.A.
