The layout features a full kitchen with island and breakfast bar that sits two people. There is a small laundry room with washer and dryer next to the kitchen.

The living and dinning area open up to two balconies, there are really large windows that make the whole layout really spacious and very bright.

The dinning table sits 8 people comfortably, and there is extra seating space in the breakfast bar. The living room has a large 4 seater couch that converts into a large sofa bed (that can accommodate extra 2 people), there is also two large chairs for seating, a Tv, bulky in furniture piece with desk space for working. Internet speed is 200mb

One balcony has a small living room furniture one 2 seater sofa and two chairs. And the second balcony had two lounger chairs and table.

The first floor holds one bedroom with closet space and en-suite bathroom. The second floor holds second bedroom with closet space and en-suite bathroom as well.

Bedroom configurations :
Each bedroom can either have:
-King size bed
-Two twins (single)
*additional to the pull out twin beds under the main beds for extra guests or kids

So depending on your group needs we will be able to distribute the beds accordingly.

Building policy allows only registered guests to entered the apartment. Ids must be sent via email before check-in. -No visitors allowed during the reservation.

-Pool hours.: 9:00am to 5:30pm.
-Gym hours: 5:00am a 10:00pm.

-Pool maintenance is done on Mondays.

You will have private access to all the apartment and shared access to common areas such as pool, jacuzzi, gym.
