Jared, did not review the rules of the property before checking in after I sent it to him in writing 3 times and is on the listing. He wanted to bring visitors to the apartment after check in was done. In addition he got into an argument with the workers at the lobby who where just doing their job of enforcing the condominium rules(no visitors allow outside of the guest on the original reservation). He then apologized for the inconvenience and for his behavior.
He checked out after the check out time, delaying the process for the next reservation checking in that day.
I would recommend for Jared to review rules of each property before making reservation every condominium has his own rules and it might be out of the owners control to make accommodation.
