About JULIE C DINNEEN
Having grown up in Alaska I have always loved the mountains and small towns. This is our piece of heaven, and we love the winter and summer here equally. We ski, sled, walk into town, find live music, swim, hot tub, all within a few minutes away. Summer offers great concerts and flowers, amazing biking and hiking, and a myriad of restaurants and shops. In the winter, the ski hill borders our townhome development and offers a wide range of difficulty levels for skiiers and boarders. The ticket office and Quick Silver Lift are 3 minutes from our front door. Sledding, skating, cross country skiing and snow shoeing are all available in the winter. Breckenridge is a town that is friendly. It is a perfect fit for our family. The kids love that the lift is two minutes from the front door, and Main Street and all its fun is a short walk away. Once we arrive, we seldom use the car.

Why JULIE C DINNEEN chose Breckenridge
For us, this is the perfect getaway. Nice folks, beautiful scenery, music, plays, so many outdoor choices, and great spots to share a meal with friends. It is the perfect small ski town that also boasts great summer/fall events .. concerts, art shows, Saturday markets, and bike races. Nearby Dillon offers Friday night outside concerts in the summer overlooking Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Range. Watch the sun set and dance til' dark!
What makes this Townhouse unique
A stay at our home means that you have easy access to the lift and back home when ever you need a break. When it is cold, when kids are tired, when you are hungry..we seldom dine on the slopes because it is so easy to go home, warm up, relax, eat and return to the slopes. Whether it is winter or summer, the travel time between our home and any activity, on foot or by car, is short.

Let me just start off by saying this townhome is HUGE! It's gorgeous, and walking distance from everything. From hiking trails, to restaurants, to the pool- you have access to it all! This townhome is very spacious and includes all necessities that you may need. Julie was super understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure that our trip to Breck was perfect! Thanks again Julie.
Terrific experience and close to Downtown Breckinridge.
Many thanks.... Breck is such a wonderful place and glad you had a good trip. Julie
This was our second summer in Breckenridge and our first at this property. It is off Village Road and really was a great location for our family - the kids could play outside in the courtyard in front of the townhome, which was awesome. The pool was less then 5 minutes away and although there were issues with the heating feature, Julie was quick to address the issue with the management company that owns the pool. The beds were comfortable, the house clean when we arrived, and I loved the private balcony off the master bedroom. One thing that would be nice is more kid-friendly plates and cups - we feel safer with plastic with the kiddos 😊. It was also quiet at night and if not for the motorcycle meeting in town that week, it would have been mostly quiet during the day. All in all, we loved it and hope to stay there again when we come back!
Serena, I will follow through on your idea of having or friendly dishes! Thanks, Julie
Great location for Skiing at Breck
Very close to lifts and town. Just park your car and walk or take the bus. The condo is set up for family.
Great location, lots of room for a family of 6.
The room was not clean when we showed up but Julie got right on it and handled the situation within a couple of hours. Other than that is is a great location for a great value. We will be back!
Great place to ski!
We enjoyed our stay! Close to slopes and exactly what we needed.
The Riverwalk Center is a few blocks away and offers great musical concerts. The local theatre is several blocks away and offers plays for all ages. Just up the hill at Beaver Run Resort is live music during the ski season. A short drive away (5 min) is a great sledding hill and a Nordic ski center where you can ski or snow shoe. Access to the bike path from Breckenridge to Frisco or Keystone is 3 blocks away. The bus and shuttle system within Breckenridge and to Frisco and Keystone has stops within a block of the townhome. For golfers, Breckenridge and Keystone have beautiful courses. In summer, the wildflowers are amazing and the hikes along the creeks, within minutes of the townhome, are quite beautiful. We like to walk down to Maggie Pond and its adjoining shops and restaurants.. it is located next to the Quicksilver Chairlift. It takes less than 2 minutes to walk across the courtyard to the slope where you put your skis on, point them downhill - in 30 secs you are in line!
