Unwind with the forest view from the roomy balcony, complete with a gas grill, or take in the scene from the light-filled floor-to-ceiling living room windows.

There is room for your whole group with a king master and en-suite bath, additional bedroom with double over queen bunk bed and sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. Luxury linens and fresh duvet covers placed for each stay.

Just a five-minute walk (appx 370 meters) and over the bridge to the lift(s) and up you go for your day of skiing! A quick walk to Main Street or the Village, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away. Don't want to walk? The Breck shuttle (Gray line) stops right outside the building - it doesn't get any more convenient to go explore the town or mountain at an exceptional value!

CLOSED: Until the day before Memorial Day (roughly, mid-April through end of May)
OPEN: Memorial Day through Labor Day (roughly, end of May through beginning of September); hours: 10 AM - 8 PM daily
CLOSED: After Labor Day until 1st day of ski season (roughly, beginning of September through beginning of November)

Great Place, Great Stay
Really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was clean, great location, short walk into town, or bus directly across the road. I honestly could not think of a reason why you would not stay here. Communication with Chris was brilliant. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Convenient location
Great location, though the walk to the lift with ski gear was humbling. Beds, linens and showers were great. Used the humidifiers but one did not work. Kitchen had everything we needed except aluminum foil for cooking.

Excellent location with an easy walk to the lifts. Close enough to town to walk, as well. Stocked with the essentials. Especially enjoyed the fireplace that emits heat and ambiance.

After all the hustle and bustle of dowtown breckenridge and the ski area, it is nice to have a serene, relaxing location that is just steps away. We love the complete remodel/updates throughout and the large windows all encased in a mid-mod mountain feel. We hope you do as well!
