This modern house, with magnificent ocean view, is situated in a closed condominium of 14 houses, with common swimming pools, playground, picnic/barbecue area, garden and sun terrace around the pools.
The house is equipped with all comforts, electric heating, solar panels for hot water, remote control for the domain gate and garage, electric shutters, ... There are four spacious terraces with garden furniture and beautiful sea view. The garage has room for two cars. The 3 bedrooms have large wardrobes, and each has its own connected bathroom with a washbasin with mirror, toilet and shower or bathtub.

Thanks to the central location of the house, it is possible to ex-plore a large part of Portugal. The climate is more temperate, less hot and more tolerant than in the hot south of Portugal. The airports of Lisbon (1hour) and Porto (2hours) are easily accessible. Due to the quiet location a car is required.
The villa is quietly located in Serra da Pescaria just a few minu-tes from the beautiful coastal cities Nazare and Sao Martinho do Porto, near the beautiful beach “Salgado Beach”. Cities such as Coimbra, Alcobaca, Caldas da Rhania, Lisbon and Porto are easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity there are many walking possibilities, such as the park 'Parque Natural das Serras the Aire e Candeeiros' at +/- 25km. The historic town of Obidos and the famous pilgrimage Fatima are within a half hour drive. For golf lovers there are about five World Class golf courses to be found in the vicinity.

Modern comforts with breathtaking view of Nazare bay

The house is very comfortable and modern. Nadines organization and instructions were top. We went to every place on her recommended list. This is a good location for sightseeing trips which the area has in abundance. We loved the little local family bakery and restaurant.

This is an excellent apartment run by very kind owners

It was a very nice apartment. The communication with the owners was very smooth and fast. Parking also in front of the maindoor helps a lot while loading or unloading the car. The holiday resort is secured by an electronic gate which works perfect so you don't get unexpected visitors. The apartment itself is very spacy and has a nice ocean view towards Nazare. Due to its direction you might miss the sunset but a short walk helps. The pool was in very good shape and is looked after daily. In case you need any help or support you get an instant feedback. We had been several times to Nazare in recent years so unfortunately we don't come back in the very next future. But apart from that I can highly recommend this appartment for anyone new to this part of Portugal. Nazare is almost in the middle of Oporto and Lisboa which makes it easy to visit both cities.

Das Haus bot viel Platz und war recht gut ausgestattet. Einige Möbel waren bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Leder von Sofa und Bett bröckelt ab). Lage: schöne Aussicht FALLS WEDER WOLKEN NOCH NEBEL an der Küste oder am Berg hängen. Mitten im August hat man hier meistens nebeligtrübes und kühles Klima zu erwarten, demnach kein Badewetter

Thanks Daniele for your message. It's true that some furniture needs replacing, and we'll do that. The large sofa for example was completely reupholstered a few years ago. Regarding the weather, unfortunately, we can't order that. In summer, it's usually between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius in our region. That's why we chose this region for our house. It's bearable, and you can still enjoy various activities. This isn't the case in some southern regions, where it's consistently over 35 degrees Celsius in summer.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf Nazaré

Vom Haus aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Atlantik und Nazaré. Das Haus ist ruhig in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung gelegen. Das Haus selbst ist ordentlich und hat eine angemessene Grundausstattung. Um Missverständnisse und Konflikte über den Zustand einzelner Details im Hause zu vermeiden, wäre ein gemeinsamer Check- In und Check- Out hilfreich. Auf die Feuchtigkeit im Hause sollte man sich im Vorfeld einstellen, ggf. kann es in diesem Zusammenhang zu unangenehmen Gerüchen gerade in den unteren Bereichen des Hauses kommen.

Hallo Anja, Aus einer persönlichen E-Mail an uns haben wir von Ihnen erfahren, dass Sie sich in unserem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt haben, wofür wir sie bedanken. Da das Haus eine wunderschöne Aussicht mit frontalem Blick auf das Meer und Nazaré hat, kann es im unteren Raum durchaus zu etwas Luftfeuchtigkeit kommen. Dies ist jedoch bei allen Häusern am Meer der Fall. Wir haben einen Luftentfeuchter in unserem Haus und er löst das Problem weitgehend. Zum gemeinsamen Check-in und Check-out: Sie würden am Nachmittag im Haus ankommen, um gemeinsam einzuchecken. Aber unser Ansprechpartner in Portugal wartete bis 19 Uhr und Sie waren noch nicht angekommen. Da sie dringend weg musste, suchte sie nach einer Lösung und ließ die Schlüssel von unserem Nachbarn übergeben. Der gemeinsame Check-out hat stattgefunden.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Im Vorfeld gab es einen überaus liebenswerten und zuvorkommenden Kontakt mit der Besitzerin Nadine, so dass wir ohne schlechtes Gefühl angereist sind. Im Vorfeld hatten wir auch schon sehr netten Kontakt per WhatsApp mit Ludmila, die die Schlüsselübergabe vornehmen sollte. Wir sind erst sehr spät am Abend angereist und so hat uns dann der direkte Nachbar den Schlüssel übergeben, der ebenfalls sehr nett war. Ludmila hat uns dann sozusagen aus der Ferne betreut und uns Tipps für Restaurants und so weiter zukommen lassen. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und man kommt definitiv zur Ruhe. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Leider konnten wir das untere Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich nutzen, da es doch sehr gemüffelt hat. Es liegt direkt neben der Garage und wir hatten irgendwie das Gefühl, dass es dort unten feucht ist und die Feuchtigkeit bereits in sämtliche Möbel und die Matratzen gezogen ist. Wir haben den Geruch trotz ständiger Lüftung und heizen mit dem Heizlüfter nicht wegbekommen. Zudem kam noch, dass die Gullys aus den Badezimmern gestunken haben, so dass wir uns dann entschlossen haben, nur die beiden oberen Schlafzimmer zu nutzen. Die waren völlig in Ordnung und gaben auch keinen Geruch her. Der Gemeinschaftspool war wirklich sehr schön, jedoch haben wir ihn aufgrund der Wetterlage auch nur ein paar Mal nutzen können. Der Checkout war auch völlig problemlos.

Liebe Rebecca, Wir freuen uns, dass Sie einen schönen Urlaub hatten und den Komfort unseres schönen Hauses genossen haben und dass Sie das schöne Portugal genossen haben. Bezüglich des üblen Geruchs aus dem Abfluss im unteren Badezimmer: Wir haben daher sofort Kontakt zu den anderen Bewohnern der Wohnanlage aufgenommen, die uns bestätigten, dass sie das gleiche Problem hatten. Wir kontaktierten den Hausverwalter, der uns mitteilte, dass die Klärgrube einige Tage zuvor geleert worden sei und dies vorübergehend zu einem schlechten Geruch führen könne. Der unterste Raum liegt der Klärgrube am nächsten und ist daher nach dem Entleeren der Klärgrube am stärksten betroffen. Aufgrund seiner Lage und dem Fenster mit Blick auf das Meer, das eine schöne Aussicht bietet, ist der untere Raum stärker von hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit betroffen. Normalerweise halten wir dies durch den Einsatz des Luftentfeuchters unter Kontrolle, aber wenn dieser längere Zeit nicht genutzt wurde (z. B. weil die Vormieter das Zimmer nicht genutzt haben), kann dies durchaus zu einer erhöhten Luftfeuchtigkeit führen. Das liegt leider an der schönen Lage am Meer. La maison est spacieuse et bien décorée mais malheureusement pas bien exposée ce qui ne permet pas de profiter du balcon extérieur toujours sans soleil. Belle vue mer. Belle cuisine, mais sans micro onde, poêles usagées. Poblèmes d humidité et d odeurs très désagréables dans la chambre au sous sol.

Bonjour Gérard, Merci pour l'avis sur notre maison, cela nous aide à nous améliorer. Les grandes terrasses font face à l'océan pour la belle vue et n'ont donc du soleil que l'après-midi, la petite terrasse à l'avant a du soleil dès le matin. L'électroménager de la cuisine a 10 ans et se compose d'une plaque vitrocéramique et d'un four électrique avec convection, grill et four conventionnel qui devraient suffire, un micro-onde serait en effet un complément utile que nous fournirons. La maison est située au premier rang face à l'océan qui apporte en effet un peu d'humidité. Ouvrir les fenêtres tous les jours pour aérer aide toujours dans notre cas. Pour la mauvaise odeur dans la chambre du bas, nous informerons la direction de la copropriété afin qu'elle vienne vider la fosse septique, cela devrait résoudre le problème.

Agréable et calme

Une vue agréable depuis la chambre et le salon. La prestation de la villa est bonne mais pourrait être encore mieux avec un micro-onde et une cafetière à capsule (Ca rend le séjour plus pratique :) ). La literie est de très bonne qualité, une climatisation dans chaque pièce, piscine commune mais agréable et jamais rempli de monde en ce qui concerne mon séjour. Le calme dans cette résidence est fort agréable, avec une vue qui permet vraiment de se dépayser et se reposer. Les propriétaires sont Charmants et à l'écoute même si je n'ai communiqué que par e-mail avec eux , ils respirent la gentillesse. Célia qui nous à donnée les clés est très gentille également et réactive! Bref , malgré une météo moyenne (on y peut rien! ) le séjour a été agréable même sans le micro onde :) Antonio
