Would have been 5 stars if not for the various issues encountered... :)
Property location is excellent and very convenient. If not for all the various issues we encountered (mostly maintenance related), it would have been a 5-star stay. Property management was quick to respond which kind of make up for the hassle. First off, we checked in pretty late the first night and therefore was unable to notify property management that the heater was not operational when we arrived. Luckily it was not too cold that night. The next day, we reported it and some maintenance folks spent half an hour replacing a broken part in the heater which fixed the problem. The thermostat control is sticky and needed some patience and skill to dial up and down the temperature setting. Maintenance said they will have to replace it after we check out. The large TV in the bedroom was not working the first day. We reported it and it was fixed the second day. Housekeeping kind of dropped the ball because there was no paper towel in the kitchen and facial tissue box was low as well. The end table lamp next to the sofa bed is not operational and the heat lamp in the bathroom is also out. All in all, the room has the perfect location and my family enjoyed the convenience a lot. It would have been excellent if the property maintenance is a little bit better. Management was quick to respond to the issues which is well appreciated. That is why I only took out 1 star in the overall. :)
