This unit is a 1BR 1BA vacation condo at the Atrium Resort, a VSA property. Guests at the Atrium enjoy a 550 sf unit that includes a bedroom with king bed, kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper, fully equipped with linens, cooking accessories, and featuring on-site free laundry. Guests also enjoy free use of 24 hour fitness center, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, free on-site parking, tanning, and participation in free and low-cost VSA activities to include van trips to area attractions, crafts, and other fun activites. Your stay at the Atrium also entitles you to free use of facilities at all THREE VSA properties (Atrium, Ocean Sands just one block away, and the Ocean Key). Enjoy any of the three indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, free tanning, movies, arcade, or other on-site amenities that are only available with your VSA stay. As a private owner, I can also make bicycles available for your use with advanced notice.

It was okay

Horrific experience with VRBO not the property manager. Was supposed to stay somewhere else and the reservation was cancelled at 9pm the night before via email and VRBO was a nightmare to work with. Ended up scheduling this property myself after VRBO ghosted on helping me and disconnected the 15 plus calls I made to customer service. The Atrium was fine, just missing many of the amenities I was originally looking for like an outside pool and an outside space and being on the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very quick walk to the beach.

First Time VB

Our stay was great the owner provided bikes and got us into the Zoo and Aquarium. We really appreciated him taking time out of his schedule for us. The location was awesome we were right on the beach and I enjoyed waking up early in the morning and watching the sun rise. The staff at the condo fixed the TV in the bedroom promptly. Thanks again to the owner for helping make our stay memorable.

Would stay again

We actually stayed at the ocean key resort. It was at the end of the boardwalk so it was far less crowded. Still close enough to bike and walk to everything. We took advantage of the free admission to the zoo and aquarium. Mr. Garcia was quick to respond to communication via the VRBO app and text.

It was everything it had advertised it would be

From the front desk staff to maintenance to Mr. Garcia, our vacation rental was everything that it had advertised it would be. We enjoyed the pool at Ocean Sands better than the one in the lobby of the Atrium. In our opinion, it was larger and the fact it was on the rooftop was a plus. Our kids enjoyed the zoo and time on the beach. The property is literally 2 blocks from the beach. It’s truly an ideal property to be right in the midst of everything VA Beach.

Great property, dissatisfied with owner.

The property was wonderful, however our experience with the owner was very negative. Our names were not left at the front desk for the check-in process, so we were told we were unable to check in. Front desk employees would not accept confirmation emails or receipts from the owner. It took almost an hour before we could reach the owner, and almost 2 hours before we were finally allowed to enter the room we rented. Once we were granted access and no longer needed to be in contact with the owner, we were very impressed by the resort and employees working.
