In historic Government Hill, 5 mins from Fort Sam Houston, off the I-35, it' a 25 min walk from the Pearl & 'upper' Riverwalk, 10 mins drive from BAMC or Downtown / 'central' Riverwalk. Six Flags Fiesta Texas or Sea World are about a 20 min drive.

- Additional "Long-term pet fee" (30 days +) $20 per month per pet.
