Just what I needed

The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. We left our car and Ubered to all our activities. Not very much in area, but after an entire day of walking, we were ready to settle when we got back. Excellent place to lay your head and refresh for a new day.

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. The listing advertised a double sofa bed, but the furniture provided was a futon. Because of this discrepancy, one guest had to secure alternative accommodations.We also encountered cleanliness issues upon arrival, including hair beneath the comforter in one of the beds.Addtional detailed house rules, such as visitor restrictions and financial penalties, were disclosed less than 24 hours before check-in and were not stated on the listing at the time of booking.The most concerning issue occurred around 2:00 a.m., when we returned to the property and found that the access codes for the main and back entrances no longer worked. We were locked outside for about 15 minutes and later learned the codes had been changed without notice due to a โ€œsecurity issue.โ€ Another group in the same building experienced the same problem at the same time.While the host was responsive once contacted, they did not resolve many of the concerns and these combined issues significantly impacted our stay.

For the price, the place was not great. Limited kitchen supplies (ex. only 4 cups, no can opener). Not particularly clean. Noisy from traffic noise, mattresses too soft, and not a great neighborhood.
