The upper-level hosts two bedrooms, one with king bed and one with bunk beds and one bathroom.
There is a large yard in the front and the back of the cabin, with hot tub, small deck right above the river and playset for children.
Plenty parking in front of the cabin, and carport in front of the cabin.

Easy check in and house was real good. Plenty of room for 9 people. The outdoor deck with seating was great overlooking the river. The kids loved playing in the river and going in the kayaks.
Seriously…just book it!! You will not be disappointed!! This place has a little something for everyone from children to adults. It has the most stocked kitchen I have ever had at any other cabin we have stayed in. It is big but yet cozy! It truly made our first family Christmas in the Smokies one we will never forget!
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very large and had plenty of room for our family of 6 and our dog. Conveniently located to Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed the outdoor space on the river. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!
House was great for a 3 family stay. Location was perfect. 17 minutes from Ripken with a beautiful drive. River was perfect for a refreshing dip after games.
The house was just as advertised. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and sitting outside by the fire pit while enjoying the game room downstairs. Lots of room inside the house and the bedrooms were very comfortable. It was nice sitting on the outside deck listening to the river flowing by. We would definitely come back again.
Many great family memories were made during our stay. There was lots for adults and kids to do at the property. Helene was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive.
This was the best house my family and I have ever stayed in while on vacation. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had and even checked in making sure we made it safely. The house was very clean and so fun to be in, it honestly felt like home. The hot tub was amazing to relax in at night and watch the kids play and chase lightening bugs. We can't wait to stay here again.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home for our family vacation. We had plenty of room to spread out yet be together. The children loved the game room and we all loved sitting on the deck looking over the river. The whole family wants to come back and stay again! Chris, the property manager, was helpful and very considerate!
I really can't say enough about this place, the property was a blast itself so much to do. Kayaks, firepit, cornhole boards, pool table, playground set. Chris (property manager) was the best we have ever dealt with very kind and helpful! We go to Tenn a lot but we will not stay anywhere else unless we have Chris and the host best combo ever! No will will regret their stay. Enjoy!
My family and I had a wonderful time spending Christmas together all under 1 roof. Only issue was we couldn’t use the tv in the game room because of internet issues but owner was unaware and apologetic. She was very quick to reply with any issue or concerns I had. Would definitely stay here again.
Property Owners were fantastic. A few minor details to take care of but will definitely rebook in the future. A quiet area with privacy. The teens/ young adults loved the creek/river on the back of the property and the game room. Plenty of space for our big family.
Absolutely beautiful home on large quiet lot with the river along the back. My family loved spending time on the river deck and the game room. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Helene is very responsive and was super accommodating. Would definitely rent from her again!!
Lovely house with plenty of space for everyone. Has everything you need. Game room was a hit has alot of space. Deck over river was a relaxing place to be and then fire pit with hot tub to end your day. House was clean and stocked with everything you need. Nice size yard in a quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms were nice size with plenty of space to put your clothes the only thing the beds were hard and not comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone.

Our Family Trip
This cabin has so much potential. Overall, the cabin location, the view of the stream, and parking was nice. The cabin could've been cleaned better. There was pet hair everywhere and pet odor. The outside lighting wasn't the best and the heater on the bottom floor didn't start working until Monday night, and we had been there since Saturday. We couldn't even utilize the area. The internet did not work on the bottom level at all and barely worked anywhere else in the cabin. We made the best of our stay as we always do!
This property was almost perfect! We enjoyed our stay at this property a lot and had plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the back patio with views of the little waterway. The only mishaps we had was that we love to cook while on vacation and the kitchen wasn’t as stocked as advertised. Missing the Keurig, pot holders, etc. Be mindful to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags because what was provided was almost out and there were no refills to be found. The grass was never cut while we were there-it was already high to begin with but by the end it was terrible to walk through. Regardless of the little things we would definitely rent again if we are ever in the area. Thank you for letting us stay at your property!
While our stay was brief, we did encounter a few minor inconveniences. The lockbox and the keypad for the front door proved troublesome. However, we were able to access the house through the back door. Our night arrival was greeted by a pitch-black exterior which made navigation a bit challenging. Despite multiple lights on the carport, walkway, and front door, none were illuminated, and we couldn't locate any switches. The backyard was equally dark, with only one malfunctioning motion-activated light. Even the working lights failed to adequately illuminate the sitting area and raised deck near the creek.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to stay again. We also appreciated the dog crate and gate that were available for use. Helene's exceptional hospitality was a highlight for our stay. She was incredibly responsive, understanding, and patient, answering all of our questions promptly. If there were an option to rate the host, we would undoubtedly give her five stars.
