My husband Scott and I are full time residents of Bluffton, SC. We love being on the water in SC or FL. We enjoy sharing our FL home with guests who are looking for laid back relaxation and the best sunsets SW FL has to offer.

We love so many great spots in downtown Punta Gorda and have enjoyed visting places recommended by our guests.

What makes this property unique
This property has been in our family for over 40+ years. Originally purchased by my husbands grandparents when they decided to leave the cold winters of Massachusets in the 1980's and later inhabited by his mom when she retired from Connecticut in 2012. We have meticulously remodeled the property in 2023 & 2024 and continue to make it better including adding a seawall in 2025. Someday we plan to live there at least part time but for now we love sharing it with our guests and believe it's truly a special place.
