Be sure to wash any dishes you have used & leave used linens (sheets & towels) on laundry room floor for the cleaners. Be sure to remove all food and that trash is placed in outside containers.
Please close all blinds, leave ceiling fans on & turn AC to 78. Please watch for a follow up email from VRBO to review your stay.

Lovely retreat

Wonderful location if youre looking to relax. Loved the house with all the amenities, the lanai was our favorite feature! Great experience.

We had a great time. Nikki’s house was impeccably clean and well maintained.

Only downside was that all the local beaches and fishing were all still closed from the recent storms.

The neighborhood is quiet & close to the best restuarants in the area.
We love so many great spots in downtown Punta Gorda and have enjoyed visting places recommended by our guests.

What makes this property unique

This property has been in our family for over 40+ years. Originally purchased by my husbands grandparents when they decided to leave the cold winters of Massachusets in the 1980's and later inhabited by his mom when she retired from Connecticut in 2012. We have meticulously remodeled the property in 2023 & 2024 and continue to make it better including adding a seawall in 2025. Someday we plan to live there at least part time but for now we love sharing it with our guests and believe it's truly a special place.
