A cozy hidden gem on Lake Huron! It was perfect for 4 adults, one child and a dog! The morning sunrise is gorgeous, the firepit was full of wood, the drawers and cupboards had everything we needed and the cottage is in a quiet and safe neighborhood!

Very nice little place with a great view of the lake. We had about 15 deer walk down the shore line while we watched a distance lightning storm cross the lake.. the Sunrise view was perfect from inside the house or out on the porch.

This pet friendly property is a true gem. The sunrises were gorgeous, the lake was beautiful. We were able to cook efficiently in the kitchen and the whole house felt like home. This property is also very close to downtown Bay City...We love Antiquing and the antique center is just the spot. Don't forget St. Laurent Brothers Candy across the street either. Frankenmuth is just a short drive south and the back road farm country is beautiful...takes you right in to the north side of Frankenmuth. Bronner's Christmas Wonderland is always a treat. We truly enjoyed our short, but fun filled trip to Bay City. Thanks so much!! Hope to do it again!!

The place is great. Views forever. See where they’re going with this. It’s in a good direction IMHO. Cozy, comfortable cottage on The Bay. Would DEFINITELY stay here again if and when I have the need to. Hope it’s available for my next trip up to see Mom, who is 90! Thanks!

We had a great stay with our family and pets. The house was very clean and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the open floor plan.

Inside was super clean and has all new appliances. But . . . Listing is over-priced. Not private! Neighbors all around, 10 feet between homes. Most have bright lights on shining towards the bay at dark. Not ideal for travelers liking privacy, unless you stay indoors. Large deck but no patio umbrella to shield the rain or the sun. Shampoo and soap was listed as supplied. There was no shampoo and no soap for the shower. Hand soap pump did not suffice for a shower! I contacted the host and she quickly ordered a delivery of shampoo. But it was already departure day, so….. she thanked ME for letting her know, so that there would be shampoo for the next guests. A fine to do! Lovely view towards the east, the bay. But it’s the only view, to the east. We kayaked the Kawkawklin River that was accessible within the crowded neighborhood, and THAT was cool! Rental is close to activities and the city. Just a very over-priced listing!

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for 7 friends in their 70’s who just wanted to spend time together. The view of the water was beautiful. It was a nice location for walks and close to good restaurants.
