About this property

My place is close to Uptown Butte and is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are located about a 25 minute walk from Main Street in uptown Butte and a 5 minute walk from the Uptown walking trail and Montana Tech
The space
We have a great yard with hot tub, a fire pit, BBQ and sand pit available for guests to use. We are also located in a quiet neighborhood but close to uptown Butte where there are several festivals throughout the year.

There is only one room with a queen size bed, but there is a cot available for use as well as a double sized pull out couch available to use in the living room.

I do allow pets on occasion, and I do require a $300 pet deposit. this deposit is refundable if the space is left clean, no damage is done by pets, and the pet was picked up after in the yard. We do have chickens, so we like to know ahead of time if a pet is arriving so we can put our chickens safely away.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a hottub and sandpit with fire pit in the middle, and a BBQ.
