Located in a quiet neighborhood and only .03 miles to the famed Marginal Way and Perkins Cove, less than a mile to the sandy beaches of Ogunquit and Ogunquit Village, and a few steps to the trolley stop. Enjoy the local fare, artisanal shops, and explore the picturesque coastline of Oqunquit!

This three bedroom, one and half bath cottage offers sleeping for 6, a full kitchen including a dishwasher and open dining area. Relax outside in the screened porch or on the newly added stone seating area with a fire pit where you can enjoy fresh ocean air. The living room offers ample seating for all and a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Down the hall you'll find a newly renovated full-sized bath and the three bedrooms, one of which also features a half bath. Other amenities include gas grill, central air conditioning, internet, fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, yard games, and all linens - including beach towels! 

*Small/Medium dogs allowed with additional fee! **If you are booking via VRBO, please contact me for approval, payment of Pet Fee ($250), and the Pet Agreement. Penalty's will apply if a pet is brought without approval, payment, and a signed pet agreement.

Very comfortable!

Everything was great! Just a note, the fridge is very small and we didnt know that. But we were still able to fit everything in! Very comfortable beds, and furniture, we LOVED the screened in porch and fire pit! We'd love to stay again!
