IMPORTANT: The electricity, the wifi and the generator are INCLUDED in the price .
I don't charge any security deposit to my guests.
Many other properties these days, don’t include the generator in the price of rent cause it's extremely expensive.

Upper floor 2 bedrooms (one master) curtain glass & view, 2 bathrooms,
Lower floor,one guest bathroom, large kitchen fully equipped a back balcony area,living room,Somfy curtains,front terrace. Gardens and swimming pool in front of the chalet.Beautiful view from the bedroom to the gardens and the sea. A/C in all rooms.
Underground private parking.
Other things to note
Book via the platform as the policy I choose is to pay the entire commission instead of the guest. Therefore, booking via the platform is much convenient.
Generator is available. 24/7
Access to the underground parking at no cost.
