This home is located on the the North end of South Padre Island and only a short walk the the popular Beach Bars... Wanna Wanna & Clayton's, hosting live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Enjoy the fire work display from pool area every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

With its 1600 sq. ft. 2-bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the home can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. The home is located on the north end of the island and is only a short walk the the popular Beach Bars: Wanna Wanna & Clayton's, (hosting live music on Fridays and Saturdays). The summer fire work display from can be viewed from the pool area every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This property has 2 homes on the same property but they are completely separate buildings. They do not share any walls. Casas Aventura #1 and Unit #2 share the pool, however, our guests emphasize privacy and there is no overlap in pool scheduling. Our guests typically take turns sharing the pool while other family goes to the beach. Cleanliness and Maintenance is important and our pool is cleaned and maintained regularly. We also require guests to follow cleaning protocols after each use. Pool rules are posted in our pool seating area.

Unit #1 and Unit #2 are identical. They have the same floor plan, wall and furniture decor. You can book booth homes to accommodate larger groups. Great Beach Getaway

Great property that is walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room to enjoy your vacation and hang out with friends. The house had everything needed to accommodate you for your stay. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

Great getaway

This was booked last minute and I'm so glad it all worked out for my family and I. We hadn't been on a vacation in two years and I really needed to check out, mentally and relax with my family. This place was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was within walking distance and the pool was clean, the covid guidelines were great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome Place!

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach. Pool area had everything needed. The house itself is big and wonderful and had everything needed. Thanks for allowing to have a wonderful time and not worry about anything.

Very thing was perfect

It was a great stay and we enjoyed it very well ! Everything was clean. The only problem was when both bathroom were being used we won’t get hot water.

5 day trip

The location of the property was great! Only a block and a half from the beach, close to a small market store, and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Though we liked the house, pool, and amenities the photos need to be updated as there were changes we didn’t expect. All in all though we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Getaway

House was clean. Manager was always quick to respond to messages. Check in and out were very quick and easy. House comes with everything you need. Especially liked the patio with a swimming pool and gas grill. Very short walk to the beach. AC works great. I plan on visiting again and staying here. 👍👍

Great private getaway in south padre

This rental property was great for a quick family getaway! I loved the fact there were two bunk/pullout style beds for my boys. Property was nicely cleaned and disinfected literally as we were arriving. The beach is on the corner of the block of the property as well as a convenient store on the corner closer to the property. The only issue we had was with the code to the door but it was resolved very quickly with a phone call. Thank you for renting to us!

Home away from home

A proper description of the property would be a home away from home. Frequently, rentals are obviously that and seem to be thrown together with mixed furniture, towels, kitchen equipment etc. This property is the opposite of such. The property is well thought out, coordinated and stocked as a normal home would be. In addition to a “home” vibe, the property owner supplied the little things that made the stay easier for travelers. Soap, shampoo and condition in the bathrooms (great quality) as well as starter coffee and few starter clothes washer packets.

well appointed home perfect for our family of 6

We had so much fun during our stay. It’s a small kitchen but had everything we needed & more. We appreciated having the extra half bath downstairs. The beds were comfy & clean. The second bedroom had been upgraded to two single bunk beds to our wonderful surprise. Our kids loved playing in the pool and the beach toys came in handy. Also the house is a short walk to the beach so we found it was easier to walk vs. driving and parking on the street. When we come back to SPI, we look forward to staying here again.

Pros & Cons of stay

Pros: Full kitchen with all cooking pans and essentials you should need. Right down the street from the beach. Property manager returns messages well. Close to a lot of places to eat and explore at. Cons: Lots of stairs.. could be an issue for older people. Like my parents. The photos in the listing didn't match the property. For example in the photos it shows the pool area has nice comfy outdoor furniture but that was not the case. It was old, hard furniture. The second bedroom has two pull out twin beds but the room was not big enough to pull both out at the same time. The night we arrived the keypad would not work at all. We had to wait over 30 mins for the owner to come. We had been in the car driving all day so this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. She couldn't get us in so we had to stay in the other condo beside it which ended up being fine but the heat/air was turned off so it was FREEZING only 43 degrees and took all night for the unit to warm up to 70. Made it very uncomfortable. Then, the couple that was checking in our last night was not aware of the change in units so they were trying to get in our unit. We felt like it was not our place &responsibility to tell them about the changes that were made. They should of been made aware before there arrival.
