Amazing stay!! I was able to contact the host shortly before our stay to add one pet with no issues and fast communication:) Pretty big house with lots of beds and a big yard. I would say the only thing was that it gets super hot upstairs in the summer but the hosts provided ways to cool it down which was super helpful!!

The kitchen was roughly stocked. Wish that for a 12 person house there would have been more baking and cooking supplies. I was surprised there were no condiments in the frig. Beds comfortable and very spacious for 12 moving bodies in the house.

There is no air conditioning on the top floor, temperatures were in the 100’s and all the bedrooms except 1 were on the top floor, fans were in each room but they just pushed around hot air we were miserable, I asked Ariah if we could change our dates, when I gave her the new dates she said she wasn’t sure if those dates were available I waited 2 days to hear from her no response so I was going to cancel that’s when I found out that she doesn’t return any money for cancellation’s, the back yard is in bad shape, the deck area is disgraceful, that said the house was perfect for our needs as far as amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, the basement and the main floor had AC and were very comfortable,

Hi JP on June 14 you asked me if we could change the dates and you gave me the dates when I asked which days. Next day you told me that you didn't need it anymore so it taking days for me to get back to you is not accurate at all. I would've been fine changing the days if they were available, but you hadn't given me more than 24 hours to even answer and I never said I wouldn't refund you money or anything. There was no communication whatsoever about refunds or anything at all. As far as the deck, the deck is just a normal wood deck there's no dirt or anything on it ---it's not a disaster whatsoever, but the yard had a sprinkler breakage so we've been trying to grow the grass back. It's very hot in Idaho and very hard to maintain lawns with things like sprinklers breaking. That's just part of property ownership. I do apologize that the upstairs was not cool enough for you however I just had an AC Tech come and they said the upstairs gets to 70. It's very hard to cool a 3500 square-foot home when it's 105 outside and the home was built in 1977. It does say in the listing it's an older home. We do the best we can. I do apologize these things bother you and I still appreciate your stay.

Boise trip

Super pleased with the property, we ended up needing an earlier check in and the host was more than willing to work with us. If I had any questions or concerns the host would quickly respond. If you’re looking for a large house to comfortably hold multiple people then this is the place!

We were a family of 17 for meals, 13 for sleeping. The house was clean, the bedding and towels comfortable. The main floor had several lounging areas with nice sofas and decor. The downstairs was a wonderful play area for the children. We did not use the yard due to the cold weather, but it is large and child friendly. The only issue we had was with the cooking equipment. For such a large accommodation, things like the cutting board and cookie sheet need to be larger. There were no oven mits and seating for only 10.

Perfect Family House

The owners at the Catalina house were absolutely amazing. Even if the house wasn’t perfect, the communication and understanding from the owners would have made up for it! We added a pet very last minute, had a couple extra people over for dinner and pool, and the owners were super accommodating. The house was very easy to find and get into, really nice quiet location. The house was huge and had pretty much everything we needed. I would stay here again and would suggest this property and these owners to everyone.

Awesome place!

Very spacious and comfortable. We were able to host all of our family for an afternoon the day before my daughter's wedding. Very easy access, only a couple miles from the airport. This was my first experience renting a whole house and had heard stories of unrealistic demands and charges from the owner. This owner provided easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. No extra charges or fees. We had a great time!

Huge house Pool table

We had a great time and plenty of room for the whole family. We didnt really use the hot tub because it was cold outside but the whole family loved the pool table and we hung out together in the basement watching movies and playing pool. The hosts contacted us but unfortunately i had not been checking the VRBO so i missed communications but that is on me. Would definitely stay here again and i highly recommend this rental property.

Everything worked out fine. If I had one suggestion, though, the kitchen supplies were insufficient. Someone needs to go through and be up the number of pots, pans, cookie sheets, and other things that would make for a fully stock kitchen. That was frustrating, trying to cook several meals.

Great but short

Was great, however we couldn’t get into the house until after 4:30pm (due to an open house) and then we’re we’re ushered out by the cleaners (who waited for us to leave) at 10am. Didn’t feel like the communication with times was clear. Otherwise great place to stay. Perfect for what we needed. We just also needed an hour earlier and hour hour later.
