The Good Vibes radiates comfort and sophistication with tasteful decor that ensures a stylish and cozy stay. With its comfy furnishings and thoughtful layout, you will be relaxed and comfortable as you unwind. For your entertainment and pleasure, Livingroom features a smart TV, Bluetooth ready speaker, and a Pacman Arcade machine. However, if you wish, you can step onto the spacious private patio to enjoy a cup of Nespresso coffee or a shot of espresso while enjoying the open-air patio.

The fully furnished kitchen in The Good Vibes is fully equipped with all essential cookware for your cooking endeavors.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Indulge in luxury in the main bedroom, featuring a King bed, a generous walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, providing a tranquil retreat for restful nights. For additional accommodation there are two (2) twin folding beds with mattress to ensure more guests or family members are accommodated without compromising on elegance and comfort.

Guest access: Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.

Directions to place were unclear. Unable to change temperature...was 75 most of the time. Main bedroom was very dusty, but most of the spaces very clean. Enjoyed the coffee maker and patio.

Regarding the directions, we provided both a GPS address and detailed turn-by-turn instructions a week prior to your arrival, which have worked well for all of our previous Airbnb and Vrbo guests. In regard to the thermostat, this is something we could have resolved immediately had we been contacted during your stay, as we are always available by phone or message. This place is immaculate! The layout is beautiful with all of the windows and up-to-date accessories. The neighborhood is safe and you are literally minutes away from everything. I would highly recommend.

Everything about this rental was great except the distance advertised to Broadway is not accurate. It states 5 minute drive but it is more like 15. Everything else was wonderful, it was clean, the amenities were great, towels were plentiful, the area was nice.

Fun, Comfortable Landing Pad

This apartment was the perfect spot for our weekend in Nashville. Clean, stylish, and walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment as well as Vanderbilt University. The arcade game in the living room and the chess set were fun touches. The host was responsive and helpful.

Vandy Grad Celebration

I flew in one evening and my Mother and Sister joined me the following day. The 2 bed, 2 bath (along with the makeup vanity in the walk in closet) was perfect for 3 women trying to get dressed and makeup at the same time. Exactly as pictured and comfortable. I am the pac-man champ! I needed to check on elevators etc and the host was quick to respond. Easy entry. It is Nashville so roads and directions are a bit tricky everywhere. I will definitely stay again.

Could be great!

We had a horrible check in process, they did not give us the correct address, we spent 2 hours trying to find it and spent a lot of money with ride share apps trying to get there. They didn’t give us the door code for the main door till we got there, once we got in the trash can was full and smelly, and there was dried urine all over the toilet seat. But the place is comfortable and extremely nice, once the kinks get worked out it will be a great place especially for the price. It was very conveniently located.
