Hi Patricia, Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. While we’re proud to consistently provide a 5-star experience for our guests, we recognize there is always room for improvement. Your feedback is helpful as we continue to refine the experience for future guests. Regarding the directions, we provided both a GPS address and detailed turn-by-turn instructions a week prior to your arrival, which have worked well for all of our previous Airbnb and Vrbo guests. We will still review these instructions to see if any additional clarity can be added. In regard to the thermostat, this is something we could have resolved immediately had we been contacted during your stay, as we are always available by phone or message. The issue has now been corrected. While you enjoyed your stay in the condo. you noted dust in the main bedroom. We have addressed the issue with our cleaning team to ensure it does not happen again.
