The numerous palm trees spread throughout the property make the perfect spot to enjoy some shade and feel the famous Trade Winds breeze by. Take a dip in the pool, work on your tan or relax in the hot tub! There is a tennis court on property for your convenience. Get your family and friends together to BBQ on the grills under the shade of a Banyan Tree. Find dining and shopping all within a few blocks along with many other beaches. Wailea Town is just a few miles down the road and offers additional dining at resorts and the Shops of Wailea. Famous Kamaole II Beach Park is just across the street. This one is known for soft sandy beaches and great snorkeling and is an exceptional spot to enjoy the Gorgeous Maui Sunsets!

This place was right across from Kam II beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures and clean. There were places to eat and shop within a block or two. There were beach towels, a few snorkel sets and a sand bucket with toys.

Wonderful stay at this property at the Maui Banyan

We had a great experience renting this property during May. It is updated with many new conveniences and three split air conditioners in each room. The balcony has a very nice ocean view as well as comfortable breezes and it was very pleasant sitting out there from breakfast until sunset. The beds are very comfortable and have very nice comforters which can be very cozy. Management was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. We will be returning soon!

Perfect location

We loved our stay. The condo and location was perfect. Enjoyed a great beach across the street everyday and ended the day at the pool and hot tub. Location allowed is to be relatively close to every part of the island. Would absolutely go back again. 7 of us stayed there. Also good view of the beach and sunset from the balcony. Management was great to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

Maui gem

This was our first time going to Maui and we weren’t sure where to stay. The location ended up being great. The beach right in front of the property was sandy and we saw lots of turtles there. It was also easy to drive to other beaches in both directions to experience the variety. There are good restaurants within walking distance as well as little shops. The unit was clean and updated. It comes with 8 beach towels and 5 beach chairs which we were thankful for. The pool area was clean and has BBQs which was fun. The only complaint would be the ants, it sounds like that is an issue with most places. We had to make sure we cleaned the counters very well or we would have lots of ants. The view from the patio was very pretty. Overall we would stay again.

Perfect condo / location

We went to Kihei for my nieces wedding. I have 4 kids and wanted actual beds so we didn't have to make up a sofabed each day. I checked daily for something to come up within my budget - I had found one that was just above and decided one day to just book it, when I logged in this NEW listing was there - It was Perfect!!! The Condo is in amazing condition, the amenities were just as listed, and MORE. I am in love with the shower floor! We noticed our outdoor furniture was a little upgraded from the rest, and there was enough for all of to sit on the Lanai. Thank you!
